Man, Girlfriend Arrested In Connection With Park Stabbing
PASADENA (CBSLA.com) — A man and his girlfriend have been arrested in connection with a stabbing at a Pasadena park.
Police said Ashton Elizabeth Bond, 25, and Donald Freeman, 30, were looking for the victim, a man in his 30s, when they found him Sunday afternoon at Central Park.
The victim, who police would not identify, suffered stab wounds to his upper body.
About an hour after the stabbing, police arrested Freeman on an attempted murder charge, records stated.
Bond and her attorney attended Freeman's arraignment Tuesday, where she was also placed under arrest.
Both pleaded not guilty and are due back in court on Oct. 15.
