Man Fatally Shot On Residential Street In Compton
COMPTON (CBSLA.com) —A man was fatally shot Friday afternoon on a residential street in the city of Compton.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said the incident happened around 3 p.m. in the 1400 block of South Wilmington Avenue.
The unidentified victim was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting remain under investigation.
