Roommate Held In Fatal Diamond Bar Shooting
DIAMOND BAR (CBS) — A man was fatally shot Thursday in Diamond Bar after an argument with his roommate, a sheriff's sergeant said.
The shooting occurred about 11 a.m. in the 1100 block of Del Sol Lane, said Sgt. Diane Hecht of the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau.
The name of the dead man was not immediately released pending notification of his next of kin. Police said he was 39.
Police said the dead man was found lying in a driveway suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper torso.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
