Man Charged With Murder, Robbery In Rialto Taco Bell Killing
SAN BERNARDINO (AP) — A man accused of killing a customer in the drive-thru lane at a Rialto Taco Bell has been charged with murder and second-degree robbery.
Rialto police say 21-year-old Dalray Kawane Andrews of San Bernardino was charged on Thursday.
Rialto's police chief said Andrews was arrested Tuesday based on evidence collected at the crime scene.
The chief said Andrews approached 20-year-old Joshua Huizar in the drive-thru lane and demanded his wallet. Huizar turned over his wallet and tried to drive away, but was shot and killed. The woman was uninjured.
Rialto is in San Bernardino County about 60 miles east of Los Angeles.
