Man Accepts Deal In Jeremy London Kidnapping Case
INDIO (CBS) — A man who was accused of kidnapping and robbing actor Jeremy London in Palm Springs accept a plea deal Wednesday.
Brandon Abrams admitted to a felony charge of false imprisonment and a misdemeanor count of unlawful taking of a vehicle.
The 37-year-old London, known for his roles in the television dramas "Party of Five" and "7th Heaven," claimed Adams kidnapped him last June and forced him to buy drugs and alcohol.
Adams, 27, contended London willingly went on a joy ride with him and his friends. The actor's twin brother and other family members had previously expressed doubts about the recovering addict's story.
