Man, 21, Accused Of Secretly Videotaping Nude Neighbors
WESTMINSTER (CBSLA.com) — A 21-year-old man pleaded not guilty Tuesday to peeping and child pornography charges after allegedly secretly videotaping his neighbors, some who were in the nude.
Kyle Charles Scott of Cypress faces one felony count each of possession of child porn, distributing obscene matter to adults and possession of marijuana for sale, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance.
He's also charged with one misdemeanor count each of peeping and disorderly conduct, according to Farrah Emami of the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
Prosecutors said investigators found child porn on a computer in Scott's home, which included inappropriate video and photos of women and girls in the area, some who were naked.
Scott is also accused of being in possession of marijuana, cocaine and psilocybin mushrooms.
The suspect is being held on $100,000 bail.
