Man, 20, Gunned Down In Carson
CARSON (CBSLA.com) — A 20-year-old man was gunned down in a car-to-car shooting in Carson Monday night.
Authorities said the shooting happened in the area of Carson Street and Orrick Avenue.
The victim, later identified as Keenan Whiteside-Smith, was then driven to the 22100 block of South Neptune Avenue, where he was found by deputies.
The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No suspect information was made available.
The incident is believed to be gang-related.
