Lottery Hunts For Winner Of Unclaimed Quarter-Million-Dollar Prize
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A lottery ticket that was recently sold at a Inglewood convenience store is now worth nearly a quarter of a million dollars.
According to California Lottery officials, the lucky ticket was sold at a 7-Eleven store located at 913 South Prairie Avenue.
The ticket matched five out of the six numbers — 60, 31, 43, 56, and 21 — in last night's Mega Millions drawing. The ticket was missing the Mega number, 12.
The person to claim their prize will be able to collect $274,279.
The winner will have 180 days from the date of the draw to claim any Mega Millions prize that isn't the jackpot, lottery officials said.
So far, no one has matched the jackpot, which has grown to an estimated $200 million.
