Lohan Sued By Pedestrian Allegedly Struck By Star's Sports Car
WEST HOLLYWOOD (CBS) — Lindsay Lohan is in legal trouble again!
The actress has been sued by a woman who claims the actress hit her with a Maserati while she was crossing the street in September 2010.
Nubia Del Carmen Plaza claims that Lohan ran into her at the intersection of Alta Loma Road and Holloway Drive, according to a legal document obtained by E! News.
Plaza reportedly is demanding unspecified damages to cover "serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish," past and future medical expenses, and loss of wages and future earning potential due to her inability to perform her usual occupation.
Lohan's legal team has not commented on the lawsuit.
