Leonardo DiCaprio Sells Malibu Compound For Hefty Sum
MALIBU (CBSLA.com) — A "Wolf of Wall Street" star can move to Easy Street after selling his Malibu compound.
According to the Malibu Times, Leonardo DiCaprio has sold the compound for $17.4 million.
The sprawling compound includes a main house, two guest homes, beach access, seven bedrooms, two kitchens, and a modern gym.
The original asking price was $23 million.
According to the New York Daily News, DiCaprio purchased the compound in 2002 for $6 million. The paper reported the actor also leased the property for $175,000 a month.
There is no word on who purchased the property.
