Leaderboard Jammed At Top As Masters Nears A Finish
AUGUSTA, Ga. (AP) -- Tiger Woods has shot a 5-under 67 in the final round of the Masters, going to the clubhouse trailing leader Adam Scott by one stroke.
Scott took the outright lead Sunday with a birdie at the 14th. All Woods could do was hope the others still on the course gave away strokes down the stretch.
It was one of the wildest Sundays ever at Augusta National.
When Woods rolled in a par at the 18th, he was one of five players at 10 under -- all one stroke behind Scott.
Three more players were two shots off the lead.
The 54-hole-leader, Rory McIlroy, fell apart. He gave up the lead with a triple-bogey at the 10th, followed with two straight three-putt bogeys, then drove his tee shot at No. 13 into a
tributary of Rae's Creek.
