LAPD: Suspect In Custody After Stabbing, Standoff In Tarzana
TARZANA (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say a female suspect has been taken into custody in connection with a stabbing and standoff in Tarzana.
The Los Angeles Police Department, Media Relations Division said the incident unfolded just after 5 p.m. Tuesday on Ellenita Avenue.
Police said one person was stabbed although the condition of that individual was not immediately known.
The LAPD said they believe the suspect has an unknown mental illness.
No further details were released.
