LAPD Pursues Stolen Car Suspect On 101 Freeway
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Police chased a stolen car suspect in Los Angeles on the 101 Freeway Sunday evening.
The brief chase started as a failure to yield around 8 p.m., police said.
The chase ended after about 20 minutes on the 101 Freeway near Cahuenga.
Gordon Spencer, reporting in Sky9, said traffic was backed up for miles on the northbound side and was "going to be a nightmare for some time."
The suspect was taken into custody.
