LAPD Investigating Suspicious Package In Hollywood
HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Police Thursday were investigating a suspicious package in Hollywood.
Los Angeles Police Department officers responded to De Longpre Avenue and Vine Street just after 3:30 p.m. after reports of an unattended item in the backseat of a vehicle in a McDonald's parking lot.
Bomb squad investigated and cleared the scene after determining the item was not an explosive around 6:15 p.m.
Vine Street was shut down between Sunset Boulevard and Fountain Avenue.
No evacuations have been ordered.
