Laker Bynum Ejected From Game Against Knicks For Arguing
LOS ANGELES (AP) — Center Andrew Bynum has been ejected from the Los Angeles Lakers' game against the New York Knicks for arguing a foul call.
Bynum became infuriated Sunday night after referee Leon Wood called a foul on him while defending Amare Stoudemire.
Bynum stepped into Wood's path with his arms outstretched while the official walked toward the scorers' table, earning the first technical foul. When Bynum kept arguing, Wood tossed him.
Bynum had an outstanding game against the Knicks before his ejection, with 18 points and seven rebounds in a strong low-post performance.
