Kobe Bryant To Give Away Courtside Seats For Final Home Game At Staples Center
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Lakers tickets may be hard to come by as Kobe Bryant moves closer toward wrapping up his farewell season, but two lucky fans will get the chance to watch his last game ever at Staples Center.
Bryant is partnering with charity fundraising platform Omaze to give away his Row A center court tickets for the Lakers final home game against the Utah Jazz on April 13.
In addition to premium seats, the contest's winners will have an opportunity to high-five Bryant and the rest of the team as they take the court prior to the game.
The prize package also includes a flight to Los Angeles and accommodations at a four-star hotel.
Fans can enter the giveaway by donating at least $10 on Omaze for 100 chances to win.
For $1,000, fans will get 10,000 chances to net the tickets, and a cool $7,500 will not only get you 75,000 chances to win, but you'll also receive a pair of Nike Kobe XI Elite Low shoes autographed by Kobe Bryant in his actual size 14.
All funds collected will be split between three benefit organizations: The Kobe & Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation, After-School All-Stars of Los Angeles, and the Positive Coaching Alliance.
Courtside seats comparable to the ones offered in the giveaway have gone for around $10,500 or more following Bryant's retirement announcement earlier this season.
