Kobe Bryant Will Start Against Pacers With Flu
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) - Lakers guard Kobe Bryant will play tonight after saying he woke up with flu-like symptoms.
Bryant, who leads the league in scoring, missed Tuesday mornings shoot-around after waking up 'under the weather.'
"Drinking a lot of fluids," Bryant wrote on facebook. "Trying to shake the aches and chills thru rest, medicine and a lil Bob Marley on the speakers. Big game for us tonight."
The Lakers will face the Indiana Pacers Tuesday night at the Staples Center.
If Bryant misses Tuesday night's game, it will be his first absence of the season.
