Kathy Ireland's Charity Event Brings Christmas Cheer To Kids In Need
IRVINE (CBSLA.com) — A Southland event is bringing the spirit of Christmas to hundreds of disadvantaged inner-city children.
Kathy Ireland spearheads the annual Holiday Children's Gala, where kids are treated to songs, crafts, reading stories and presents.
This year's event was held Saturday at the Yardhouse in the Irvine Spectrum.
The event spans back to 1986 and has attracted the support of stars such as Kobe Bryant, Michael Landon, Charlie Sheen, Sugar Ray Leonard, Holly Robinson-Peete, Rob Lowe, Alan Thicke, in addition to many more.
On Saturday, Ireland was also joined by a very-busy Santa.
