Judge Judy To Appear As Commencement Speaker For Winner Of High School Contest
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — "Judge Judy" has launched a contest to determine which high school will be selected to receive a visit from Judith Sheindlin, the presiding judge from the syndicated show.
The winner of the "Ultimate High School Graduation with America's Judge" will also have Sheindlin as their 2015 commencement speaker.
To enter the contest, the courtroom series asks that students write about what makes their school stand out. The entry is limited to 250 words or less.
Sheindlin says her message to young people is simple: "Life is a journey and you have to be the hero of your own story."
