Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Nov. 6)
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Another warm day on tap for Southern California!
The high pressure that has kept temperatures above average this week will continue to dominate the forecast. There's an off-shore flow at the surface keeping the air dry, but the gusty winds have diminished a bit.
The advisories have canceled for the northern portions of the viewing area, but in Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino County there are still Red Flag Warnings and Wind Advisories through the day.
There really isn't anything kicking out the high pressure until Sunday, that's when there will be a little bit of cooling — but it should still be 4 to 5 degrees above average.
By Tuesday, there is an indication the on-shore flow will return, we could even see a little eddy circulation. The cool down looks like it will be short-lived.
It appears the high pressure will reform over the west coast bringing another round of warm temperatures and high fire danger for the middle and end of next week.
