Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Nov. 1)
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Marine layer is spreading through the area once again this morning with temperatures topping out several degrees below average for this time of year.
A trough and cold front are moving through the west coast, the front will pass later this afternoon.
There is a chance for rain north of Point Conception. Expect breezy conditions and mostly cloudy skies for the Southland.
There is a secondary low that will develop tomorrow near Southern California and it will keep temperatures cool for tomorrow as well. However, by Saturday it pulls south.
The Low and a ridge of High pressure building behind it together will encourage an off-shore flow.
In fact, right now, it looks like a short, but moderate in strength Santa Ana event for Sunday and Monday. That will keep us dry and up the fire danger, especially Monday.
