Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (May 8)
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The upper level low that gave us the winter like conditions for the past couple of days has made it's move to the east.
A trough has been left in it's wake. That means the temperatures will still be running below average for this time of year. There may also be a slight shower chance in our mountains today as well.
The rest of the area will also have to deal with some clouds today and tomorrow. Although we should get some better clearing on Thursday.
By the weekend a ridge of hi pressure builds in and we can expect some much warmer temperatures with an off shore flow.
Basin - upper 60s to low 70s
Beaches - mid to upper 60s
Valleys - low 70s
Mountains - mid 50s
Deserts - low 70s
