Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (March 12)
STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — The clouds have cleared and the off-shore flow is kicking in. These factors combined with a building ridge of high pressure will keep things very warm over the next four or five days.
Look for some gusty winds to kick in through the day Thursday.
These will be fiercest below the passes and canyons (especially the I-5 corridor).
Temperatures bump up a little bit Friday but look for temperatures more than 20 degrees above average.
Saturday and Sunday there could be some record-breaking heat. The ridge will break down by Monday, so expect some cooling then.
