STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Look for slight cooling on Monday as the high pressure pulls back a little bit.
The marine layer is hovering at about 1000' so the coastal plain will see some morning cloud cover.
We will keep things near normal for the beginning of the week before we start to experience a little more warming for the end of the week.
By the weekend we could see the return of some monsoonal moisture with thunderstorm chances. In fact, for the beginning of next week, we could see some intense heat, but we'll see if the models hold together.
