Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Jan. 3)
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — The very dry conditions from an off-shore flow continue Thursday.
We can also expect gusty winds through the day. The Wind Advisory remains in effect...for a good portion of the viewing area through 2 p.m..
We can expect temperatures on the mild side from some slight ridging...so once we get that daytime heating it should be a nice day. You can expect more of the same for Friday...with the winds relaxing.
By the weekend a cut-off low pressure system slides down the coast, however the track of this low remains mostly off the coast. There is a very slight chance we could see a shower from this system late Sunday into Monday, but it doesn't look impressive at all. After the low moves out we have high pressure building in once again.
