Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 9)
STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Expect a dry and warm work week here in the Southland. After a little patchy low clouds Monday morning, an off-shore flow is setting up.
High pressure will build in from the Pacific along with high pressure setting up in the Great Basin. These two features will bring temperatures above average by 7 or 8 degrees.
In fact, Tuesday through Thursday expect to see the northerly and northeasterly flow increase meaning wind advisories for the middle of the week. Passes and canyons could get tricky.
Temperatures will be in the upper 70s and low 80s for the middle of the week.
The next chance at any rain will be at least the beginning or middle of the next work week. That puts us towards the end of the month for any real rainfall certainly cross your fingers.
