Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Feb. 4)
STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Another cloudy start for Southern California.
The low clouds have reached portions of the valleys Wednesday morning; however, later in the day look for mostly sunny skies and temperatures again well above average. It should be a really nice hump day, and temps should be in the 70s through Friday.
The mild weather will continue through the rest of the week. The forecast models are leaning towards a frontal boundary for Saturday. This is translating into two slugs of moisture moving into the area.
Rain should fall along the central coast and push as far south as maybe northern Ventura County, but Los Angeles should remain dry.
The second slug of rain will push through on Sunday, but again this will be confined to Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo County.
There is another system next week, but that one looks like an inside slider. So look for cooler windy conditions.
