Josh Rubenstein's Weather Forecast (Aug. 20)
STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — After a busy Monday afternoon things have settled down a bit for Tuesday.
We are looking at temperatures that will continue to run a bit below average. However, the atmosphere has stabilized, so the threat of thunderstorm activity is minimal.
There is a wave of energy moving through this afternoon that could spark a thunderstorm.
We are going to have a marine layer for the next few mornings as the cut off low that is spinning out in the Pacific shifts to the north and west.
We will see temperatures bump up just a bit on Thursday. Over the weekend there is some indication we could see the return of the monsoonal moisture.
