Jaime Pressly Pleads Not Guilty In DUI Case
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Actress Jaime Pressly pleaded not guilty Friday to a pair of DUI counts stemming from her arrest last month in Santa Monica.
The 33-year-old "My Name Is Earl" actress was charged Tuesday in the misdemeanor case, which includes the allegation that she had a blood-alcohol content of .20 percent or greater.
Pressly, whose attorney entered the not-guilty plea on her behalf, was arrested on Jan. 5 by Santa Monica police. She was released the next day on $15,000 bail.
