Masienda
Jorge Gaviria's quest to find the best corn and exceptional flavor took him to Oaxaca, Mexico in 2014. He met farmers whose families have been cultivating traditional maize for centuries. It was there that he experienced his first perfect, true tortilla. Soon thereafter, a collaboration began between the farming communities and sharing their heirloom corn varieties and traditions with top restaurants around the world. This collaboration was named Masienda, and today, they proudly partner with hundreds of traditional farmers to grow, source and offer the highest quality single-origin ingredients. From this partnership they develop specialty masa harina for restaurants and home cooks alike. To learn more about Masienda, visit: https://masienda.com/
