Inland Empire Couple Pleads Not Guilty To Child Abuse, Neglect
PERRIS (CBSLA.com) — An Inland Empire couple accused of doubling their home as a strip club pleaded not guilty on Friday to felony charges.
Gregory Lacy, 60, and his wife, 43-year-old LaQuron McLean-Lacy, have been charged with child abuse and neglect.
The pair is accused of holding late-night strip club parties in front of their seven adopted children at their home in the 3000 block of Kalei Court. At least four of the children also allege they were struck with belts and a metal cane.
Court documents show that Gregory Lacy is also accused of performing lewd acts on a child under the age of 10.
He remained behind bars with bail set at $1 million while his wife was free on a $50,000 bond.
The pair is expected to appear in court again on Nov. 9.
