Industrial Complex Fire Reported In Gardena
GARDENA (CBSLA.com) — A large industrial fire has been reported in the Gardena area.
The fire is reported near Western and 135th Street.
Stu Mundell, reporting for Sky2, said a warehouse is on fire. "It looks like it could be a furniture or upholstery company. This fire could be seen as far as the Valley."
Mundell said firefighters were getting an upper hand on the fire at 6 p.m. but "the building is a total loss."
In fact, he said "most of the building has collapsed."
Authorities don't know what caused the blaze.
No injuries have been reported.
It is unknown how many fire crews are responding to the scene.
