Homicide Detectives Step Up Hunt For Man Accused Of Murdering Stepdaughter
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Homicide detectives are stepping up the hunt to find a man accused of murdering his stepdaughter last week.
Officials said on September 26, Alving Hunt, 59, stabbed his stepdaughter to death following an argument.
The body of Naquia Danielle Catching was found in the apartment she shared with her mom and stepfather located in the 4800 block of West 118th Place in Hawthorne.
Hunt fled the location hours before the body was discovered.
Hunt is described as black, about 5 feet 3 inches tall, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
LA Sheriff's Deputies are asking the public to be on the lookout for the suspect.
