Hillary Clinton Speaks At Hollywood Town Hall Ahead Of LA Fundraisers

HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — Presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton traveled to the Los Angeles area Tuesday to hold two campaign fundraisers and speak with digital creatives at a town hall in Hollywood.

She took the stage at Neuehouse Hollywood for a town hall early Tuesday evening where she was to speak with content creators such as YouTube stars.

Afterward, she was scheduled to attend a fundraiser at the home of Napster co-founder and former Facebook president Sean Parker and his wife Alexandra. Tickets were going for $2,700 a person.

The second event was to be held at the home of investor/philanthropist Marc Nathanson, founder of Falcon Cable. Prices for the reception and dinner range from $33,400 to $100,000 per couple.

Portions of the donation will go to the Democratic National Committee and various state Democratic parties.

Since declaring her candidacy for the Democratic presidential nomination on April 12, 2015, Clinton has held 29 fundraisers in the Los Angeles area.
