Hiker Suffers Serious Injuries In May Canyon Fall
SYLMAR (CBSLA.com) — A woman suffered serious injuries after falling down an embankment while hiking in May Canyon on Saturday morning, authorities said.
The woman, who is about 25 years old, was hiking near Wilson Canyon Park in the San Fernando Valley. Paramedics took the woman to an area hospital after being dispatched to the scene just after 8 a.m., according to Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
No further details were immediately available.
