High Winds On Tap For Southland Starting Thursday
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Gusty, offshore winds are expected across the Southland starting Thursday.

CBS2 Meteorologist Rich Fields reports that high wind warnings are posted for the mountain areas through Ventura, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and San Diego counties.
They are expected to go into effect starting at 4 a.m. Thursday through noon Friday, according to the National Weather Service.
The Associated Press reports that sustained winds are expected to range from 25 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph.
Fields reports that relatively clears skies are expected through the weekend.
