1 Killed, 5 Injured In Camp Pendleton Helicopter Crash
CAMP PENDLETON (CBS) — One person was killed and five more injured when a helicopter crashed at Camp Pendleton in the San Mateo area.
The crashed happened around noon Wednesday, officials said. The UH-1Y helicopter is part of the 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing.
Officials did not release the condition of the five injured.
Authorities are trying to determine what caused the crash.
