Great Adventure Roller Coaster Shut Down After Patron Pulls Out Selfie Stick
ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — A roller coaster at Great Adventures was shut down in mid-ride Monday when a patron pulled out a selfie stick and began taking pictures.
Park officials remind that selfie sticks on roller coasters are dangerous for the ride and occupants of the rail cars.
Sky2's Stu Mundel said engineers checked out the ride after passengers were unloaded and they found no structural damage.
