'Glowy Zoey' Halloween Costume Back For 3rd Year
COSTA MESA (CBSLA.com) — Few Halloween costumes have captured the imagination of as many people as 'Glowy Zoey' -- the LED-lit getup created by a Costa Mesa dad two year ago.
After a video of his daughter Zoey Hutain wearing the costume racked up millions of YouTube views, IT consultant Royce Hutain sold more than 1,800 of the costumes in his first year, in 2013.
Last year, Hutain brought back the costume amid high demand.
