Girl, 5, Reported Dead In Lakewood
LAKEWOOD (CNS) — A 5-year-old girl's death Thursday is under investigation in Lakewood, sheriff's officials said.
Authorities were dispatched shortly before 2:30 a.m. to the 11500 block of Renville Street, Deputy Guillermina Saldana of the Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau reported.
The child was taken to a hospital with unspecified injuries, Saldana said, and was later pronounced dead.
No other details were immediately released.
