Former SEC Chief Economist Talks About Wall Street's Decline

Dr.Larry Harris, Fred V. Keenan Chair in Finance at the USC Marshall School of Business, visited the KCAL 9 studios Thursday to talk about the recent decline in the stock market.
Dr. Harris is also the former Chief Economist of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
