Kurt Yaeger, BMXer Turned Actor, Shares His Story Of Recovery
STUDIO CITY (KCAL9) — Kurt Yaeger, a former professional BMXer who is now an actor, stopped by KCAL9 Thursday to share his story of recovery following a motorcycle accident.
Yaeger, a below-the-knee amputee, went through 28 surgeries and many months of rehabilitation after breaking his pelvis, fracturing seven vertebra and tearing his bladder.
He made a full recovery and starting pursuing acting.
Yaeger recently toured Africa with his motorcycle and a cameraman to document and prove to the world that anyone can do anything they put their mind to.
