Firefighters Work To Repair Sheared Hydrant In Sylmar
SYLMAR (CBSLA.com) — Authorities worked to repair a sheared fire hydrant on Monday.
Shortly after 5 a.m., authorities received report of water shooting out into the air in the area of Foothill Boulevard and Gladstone Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Upon their arrival, firefighters worked to turn off the water.
At this time, no traffic collisions have been reported in the area.
The cause of the sheared hydrant remains under investigation.
