Dramatic cell phone video obtained by KCAL9 showed the homeowner's wife breaking through a barricade of firemen in an attempt to save her four trapped dogs.

"She just panicked. She was in a panic. It took three firemen to hold her back. She was headset on getting into the house. I said, 'Doreen, Doreen, we've got the dogs, we've got the dogs, don't worry, we've got the dogs,'" one neighbor explained.

The dogs -- Cody, Katy and Jessie were carried to safety. Then finally, Kelly, was the last one out.

Though it's unclear what the extent of his injuries were, neighbors fear he may have had a heart attack.
