Firefighters Battle 2nd-Alarm Blaze At Long Beach Strip Mall
LONG BEACH (CBSLA.com) — Firefighters Monday were responding to a second-alarm blaze at a strip mall in Long Beach.
Long Beach Fire Department officials responded to the fire, which started around 9:30 p.m., at 7th Street and Magnolia Avenue.
The flames caused a partial roof collapse at the building that houses a laundromat and a small market, authorities said.
No injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire was under investigation.
