30-Acre Blaze In Simi Valley Now 70 Percent Contained
VENTURA (CBS) — A 30-acre blaze burning in the north end of Simi Valley is now 70 percent contained, according to firefighters.
The fire, which broke out north of Lost Canyon Drive just after 6:15 a.m. Sunday, has not threatened any structures.
Officials said a command post was set up at Tapo Canyon and Bennet.
No injuries were reported.
