Scuba Diver Suffers Medical Emergency At San Pedro Beach
SAN PEDRO (CBSLA.com) — Los Angeles Fire Department officials Thursday responded to a San Pedro beach after a man who was preparing to scuba dive suffered a medical emergency.
Authorities were called to White Point County Beach, near the 1800 block of West Paseo Del Mar, on reports of a possible drowning around 11:45 a.m.
The man suffered an unidentified medical emergency prior to diving and was transported to a local hospital in serious condition.
No further details were released.
