Fire Ignites At Recycling Center In Anaheim
ANAHEIM (CBS) — A rubbish fire at a recycling center burned for about 30 minutes Tuesday before Anaheim and Fullerton firefighters extinguished the blaze.
Twenty firefighters were sent to the blaze at Republic Services, 1100 N.
Blue Gum St., adjacent to the Riverside (91) Freeway, at 4:51 p.m. The fire
was declared out at 5:23 p.m., Maria Sabol of the Anaheim Fire Department said.
No injuries were reported, Sabol said.
The cause of the fire was under investigation, Sabol said.
