FedEx Says Monday Will Be Its Busiest Shipping Day Ever
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — If you're one of the millions of Angelenos who took advantage of Cyber Monday deals this year, your gifts should be arriving soon.
FedEx expects Monday to be its busiest shipping day ever. The company, which says a record Cyber Monday upped the demand for shipping, says it will move 17 million packages across the globe.
UPS and the U.S. Postal Service are also gearing up for the holiday rush.
Friday is typically the busiest day for packages at the post office. Next Monday, however, is expected to be the busiest day for cards and letters.
