Father Suspected Of Abducting 2 Sons Surrenders
ANAHEIM (CBS) — Police say a man who abducted his two young sons has surrendered in Texas, but his two children and their grandfather remain at large.
Abraham Fernandez was being held on a $1 million warrant after surrendering, accompanied by his attorney, to sheriff's deputies in Harris County Monday, Anaheim police Lt. Tim Schmidt said.

An extradition hearing is scheduled for Wednesday to determine if he will be returned to California, Schmidt said.
The children have not been located, nor has their grandfather, Louis Mendoza Fernandez.
The boys' mother moved from Texas to Anaheim with the boys about a year ago, according to police and prosecutors.
The suspects allegedly kidnapped the boys, then went to the Monrovia home of Abraham Fernadez's cousin, Linda Fernandez, and her husband, David Daniel Nicholas. The couple has been arrested and face various charges in the case.
